Waste of money pool closed

Feel sold short the pool is closed till July was only reason it was booked to enjoy the weather in a outside pool there wasn't anything saying this till I sent email complaining No heating or air con like it was advertised 1 small blow fan heater that smelt horrible when turn on The room was small with slope celling so lose 1 side where it drops down The toiletries was pretty much empty but was advertised so didn't take any with us Very noisy at night in the corridor with people walking past on floor boards and doors shutting The breakfast buffet was cold and had bacon and sausage mixed then tomatoes next to them the next one had beans and scrambled egg which was all mixed in each other wasnt very pleasant at all over all Total waste of money when all wanted was a nice relax and swim and bit of breakie

I am sorry you did not enjoy your recent stay with us, we have taken every effort to make the Lido Season clear across the internet, our website and as many third party sites as we can influence. I also sorry the air con did not appear to be working in your room, I appreciate this may have caused further inconvenience but had you brought it to attention during your stay we may have been able to resolve or arrange an alternative room. We maintain our toiletries at not less than 30% for guest comfort and the avoidance of waste. Our hot breakfast buffet is presented across a selection of buffet warmers, from time to time when in a rush guests spill one item into another section, when this is identified our staff move swiftly to resolve. In addition to the buffet, there is a breakfast menu available for those who have a little more time or prefer something fresh from the kitchen.

Was here for a wedding the manager Mani was 100% fab and loved the venue. Farah the staff and miles and Jamie and Sam are fantastic. My cousin has spoken to the venue for a future wedding. Can’t wait!! Everything was amazing can’t wait to go here again xxx

This was by far the best service I have ever received at a hotel. We stayed here last weekend for my sisters wedding. Kiki the wedding planner was amazing she couldn’t do enough and was so kind and patient and always smiling. Her and the other ladies were constantly popping up to our room the morning of the wedding to check we had everything we needed. The venue was decorated beautifully exactly how they wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Constantly on hand 24/7 to check everything ran smoothly. Always so happy and friendly. All the staff were the same. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and chatty and always asking if there was anything we need or they could do. It’s little touches like this that make a special day even more special and I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding. I would also recommend the hotel to stay at. The food was lovely and the rooms were perfect but it was without a doubt all the staff who make this hotel great. From the waitresses in the restaurant, the guys behind the bar and the housekeeping staff. All of them stopped to have conversations with us and offer their congratulations and ask if we needed anything. Thank you so much.

Kiki has only been with us a few months, in that time she has had an enormous impact on her collogues and her many happy couples. A perfect wedding venue

Our daughter's wedding took place this past weekend at the Burford Bridge Hotel, and it was just the most incredible experience. From the evening before when we all checked in everything went so well. The place itself is a beautiful venue. All the staff were so attentive and caring and contributed to the success of the day. A special shout out to the Toastmaster, Joe, who organised us so well throughout the proceedings! And to Kiki who planned it so well and was on hand all day checking we were happy with everything. Our rooms were lovely and comfortable, possibly the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding ever! Thank you so much to everyone there who made Natalie and Gary's wedding so perfect, we are so grateful and would recommend this lovely venue to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.
